Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of purchase.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your item is on its way.

Please note that during busy periods (such as the Christmas season or during art fair preparation), slight delays may occur — but we’ll always keep you informed.

We take great care in our packaging to ensue that every piece of artwork, no matter how big or small, arrives in pristine condition.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of personalised and custom-made items (including pet portraits and commissions), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these pieces unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

For all other items:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their complete original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
